Launch of the Expert Advice Exchange

The NSW Treasurer, Hon Gladys Berejiklian MP, hosted the launch of the Expert Advice Exchange (EAX) on 15 May 2015. The EAX is a platform to connect social sector organisations with pro bono advice from leading law firms, professional services firms and financial institutions.

Trevor Danos AM, a member of the NSW Social Impact Investment Expert Advisory Group, was instrumental in setting up the EAX. He spoke at the launch about the rationale for the EAX and how it will work.

The EAX is designed to help not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises participate in new ways of funding social services in NSW, like outcomes-based contracts and social impact investing. Applications for the first round are due by 17 June 2015. Future rounds are intended in July and October this year. Learn more about the EAX >>
